Patrick L. McCourt – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Patrick has over 30 years of experience as a real estate developer with an exceptional understanding and aptitude for securing financing, platting and governmental entitlements for projects. His forward thinking and visionary talent produces successful strategies in acquiring, constructing, and leasing properties. Actively involved in the building and development industry, he is a State Director of the Building Industry of Washington and a Director of the National Association of Homebuilders.

In addition, Patrick served as the 1999 President of the Master Builder’s Association of King and Snohomish Counties, and is a past Chairman of the Snohomish County Planning Commission.
