Like the select areas it helps to develop, Barclay’s North has experienced tremendous growth. Since its inception, the company has expanded from a staff of 3 to more than 100 dedicated employees.

To accommodate this growth, Barclay’s North moved its corporate offices to its current location at South Lake Center, in Lake Stevens, in the year 2000.

Planning for further expansion, we broke ground on the first of three additional buildings in 2004. South Lake Center II was completed in February 2005 and the newest addition to the Barclays Campus, South Lake Center III, was completed in September 2005.   In January 2006 our final building, the BNI Training and Conference Facility, was completed.

BUILDING A

Our Flagship building, built in 2000, is home to our Main Reception Area, Commercial Department, Government Affairs Department, Administration, IT, Human Resources & Marketing.

 

 

 

BUILDING C

An open house in March 2005 officially opened our second campus building for business. Now it is home to the CEO, President and CFO as well as the Finance Department.

 

  

 

BUILDING D

Completed in September 2005 our final corporate building houses our Land Development Operations and Acquisitions Departments as well as our Legal Department and Capital Division.

 

 

 

 

TRAINING & CONFERENCE FACILITY

A welcome addition to the campus, the facility was completed in January 2006 and serves as a meeting place for seminars, classes and all-company events.
