The Commercial Properties Division brings years of expertise to managing the complexities involved with acquisition and development and is committed to ensuring that projects progress efficiently and on schedule. The division oversees all aspects of land acquisitions, entitlements, vertical construction (residential & commercial), leasing, and property management activities for the Company’s commercial developments.
Commercial development projects are either income producing portfolio properties that are held by the Company’s sole stockholder, or are commercial plats that are developed into individual pads and sold to third parties, or held for build-to-suit opportunities.

Streamline Tower is located at the heart of the downtown Las Vegas revitalization area.
